This Fulfillment Policy governs the provision of services offered by Phong Vo Media LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients (“you” or “customer”).
Phong Vo Media LLC provides managed marketing and AI automation services for service-based businesses. These services are delivered digitally and may include, but are not limited to:
Marketing campaign management, AI chatbot configuration and implementation, CRM setup and integration, Automated call and messaging workflows, Strategic consultations
Upon receipt of payment, onboarding will begin within
three (3) business days, at which time the customer will be contacted with next steps, deliverables, and a project timeline.
Customers may request a full refund within
three (3) calendar days
of the original purchase date, provided no substantial work has been delivered. To initiate a refund, the customer must submit a written request to
[email protected] with the following details:
Full name and company name. Date of purchase and payment confirmation. Reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
seven (7) business days. Refunds requested after three (3) days are not eligible.
Customers may cancel their service agreement within
three (3) calendar days
of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected]. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted, and services will be rendered as agreed upon.
All services are delivered remotely and digitally. There is no shipment of physical goods. Project assets (e.g., marketing materials, chatbot deployments, CRM configurations) are delivered through secure digital channels such as email, shared cloud drives, or project management portals.
